The Season of Strength

Early summer — a beginning written in light and motion. My bicycle stands still, yet it holds the story of countless silent victories. Every turn of the pedals, every breath drawn against the wind, has carried me not only forward on the road but deeper into myself.

This has been a season of strength — not the kind measured in distance or speed, but in the quiet persistence to keep moving, to rise again and again. Through effort came clarity, through motion came peace.

Each ride has been a conversation between body and spirit, a reminder that movement itself is gratitude. That to feel one’s heart beating, muscles answering, and breath flowing freely is a rare kind of grace.

Among all these moments, the most precious ones are those shared — the laughter, the still evenings, the warmth of family. I carry them with me, mile after mile, as the road unfolds toward new horizons.
